Ginny Lennox, certified Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach
People are often confused by the term creativity coach. I work with people of all ages. Some are just beginning on their creative path while others have been living a life filled with creativity since the day they were born. Just as with any other type of interest, creativity comes with its ups and downs. And that is where I come in. I help you to overcome obstacles such as procrastination, fear, or perfectionism. I help you to celebrate the successes you may be overlooking and remind you when it is time to take a break. I come with a suitcase filled with tools and strategies to make your journey just a little easier. A creativity coach is there to support you on your creative journey wherever it may take you. I truly believe that we are all born with special gifts and talents that we need to share with the world. I tell my clients that you don't need diamonds to sparkle. It comes from knowing who you are, what you love to do, and sharing your dreams and talents with the world. Then it is easy to sparkle.
Let's all sparkle together on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at our Unleashing Your Creativity Workshop. If you have any questions about the workshop or would just like to connect, I can be reached at [email protected] I hope to talk to you soon!

Shawn McLeod, Artist
I met Shawn several years ago when I volunteered to work with the Elm Street Cultural Arts Center. I had been in her art gallery many times and had taken many classes with other artists in the gallery but we had not had the chance to really get to know each other. I am so glad that we had coffee that day because we have become good friends ever since. Shawn is incredibly talented. She has the ability to create beautiful murals while others are watching, teach a class of beginning artists (like me) and help them to see their own potential as well as to work in her home studio and create paintings that speak to the soul. Shawn loves to help her students "unleash their creativity" I have attended several of Shawn's art camps for adults and always came away wanting more. We worked with acrylics, pastels, and watercolors. She taught us art history, color theory, and encouraged us to create from the heart. We learned that we could create and draw and paint in ways that we could never imagine. Shawn is so excited to be able to share her love of art with you on October 1st. If you would like to contact Shawn you can email her at [email protected]
Beth Hermes, Writer, Author
When I retired I knew I want to continue to grow and to learn and so I signed up for several classes to help me learn about the "new" Ginny that I was creating. One of the first classes that I took was a creative writing class with Beth Hermes at Foxtales in Woodstock . When you meet Beth you will immediately notice her big smile and her incredible energy. She is filled with enthusiasm and excitement for whatever she does. Our classes were filled with inspiration, laughter, tears, and friendship. Beth assured us that this was not a class where your writing would be critiqued. It would be a place to try new things and to build confidence. I met many people in Beth's writing classes that continue to be friends. We formed writing groups and one of our members has just had her first book published. On October 1st Beth will bring her infectious smile, her bubbling personality, and her years of experience as a writer and now published author to our workshop. She will help you find your voice, she will encourage you to share, and you will leave knowing that you too can write. If you would like to contact Beth, she can be reached at [email protected]
Sheila Roth, Yoga Instructor, RYT 200
Meet Sheila Roth. Sheila is a registered yoga instructor and artist. I met Sheila in a yoga class seven years ago. I knew nothing about yoga so I always tried to stand in the back of the room so no one could see me but I could watch everyone else. The person I watched most was Sheila. Her poses are incredible. She makes yoga look easy and what is great is that when Sheila is teaching it is easy. Sheila is a person who is always learning. She wants to share her love of yoga with the world. I was so excited when I took my first class with Sheila. It was fun to watch her go from classmate to instructor. Although she can move her body in incredible ways, she knows that we are all different and she is able to help each student find a way to make the pose work for them. It is not easy to teach a class of people from 20 to 70 years old, from beginners to experts, but Sheila can. She helps everyone feel not only comfortable in their pose but confident that they too can become a yogi. Sheila's class on October 1st will be very gentle. It will be a time to stretch, to reflect, to move, and to quiet the mind. It will be fun and inspiring. If you would like to contact Sheila, she can be reached at [email protected]
